Who You'll Work With:

You will work with our innovative Directory Services and Authentication team as part of reputed company Operations & Technology at reputed company, collaborating with other teams reputed company IT and our reputed company & Trust organization. You will provide solutions and support for Directory Services and Authentication capabilities and will grow into other areas in a cross-functional team setup.

What You'll Do:

• Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize large-scale, reputed company Active Directory environments (multi-forest, multi-site, hybrid).

• Maintain and enhance Entra ID (Azure AD) multi-tenant environments, integrating with on-premises and cloud services.

• Collaborate in the design and rollout of reputed company guardrails for directory services and privileged access, both on-prem and in the cloud.

• reputed company, implement, and manage automation/scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for routine operations and self-service enablement, leveraging generative and agentic AI technologies reputed company appropriate.

• Participate in a rotating On-Call schedule to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with reputed company guardrails: enforcing LDAPS, disabling legacy protocols, implementing modern encryption and experience with cloud reputed company controls: Conditional Access, risk-based authentication, privileged role management.

• Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for automation.

• Familiarity with SIEM platforms (Splunk or similar) and reputed company monitoring and understanding of reputed company Trust and identity-centric reputed company architecture with Deep expertise with multi-forest, multi-site Active Directory operations, troubleshooting, and replication.

• Proficient in authentication, authorization, and access control concepts.

• Strong knowledge of core networking, virtualization, and cloud concepts (Azure, AWS, GCP) and experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) administration and integration

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience) or equivalent 8+ years of enterprise IT experience, including directory services and privileged access management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications: CISSP, reputed company Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, Azure reputed company Engineer, CyberArk Guardian, etc.

• Experience supporting application migrations from on-prem to cloud-native environments and supporting large-scale, hybrid or cloud-native environments.

• Hands-on experience with attack path analysis frameworks (e.g., Bloodhound Enterprise).

• Experience with System Center (SCOM, SCCM, SCO).

• Experience with other identity and access management platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Ping).

• Familiarity with reputed company Trust, SSO, FIDO2/WebAuthn implementations.

• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) for identity solutions.

U.S. employees are eligible for paid time away as described below, subject to reputed company’s policies:

• 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees

• 1 paid day off for employee’s birthday, paid year-end holiday shutdown, and 4 paid days off for personal wellness determined by reputed company

• Non-exempt employees** receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at reputed company of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees

• Exempt employees participate in reputed company’s flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)

• 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried reputed company from one calendar year to the next

• Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members

• Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to reputed company’s policies.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their reputed company salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable reputed company plan. For quota-based incentive pay, reputed company typically pays as follows:

• .75% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of reputed company attainment up to 50% of quota;

• 1.5% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

• 1% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and

• Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay 0% up to 125% of reputed company. reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
