[Remote] Operations Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Operations Analyst I for reporting and metrics to provide actionable insights into the management and growth of their payee network. This role will focus on analyzing data sources, identifying key trends, and improving reporting structures for operations and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will partner closely with reputed company, finance, and product teams to support data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Identify optimization opportunities by analyzing our reputed company network
- Monitor client performance post go-live and refine projection models
- Automate reporting tools, design consumable graphics and conduct reputed company product analysis to communicate business insights
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand user behavior, product trends and areas of opportunity
- Coordinate research requests with internal and external stakeholders and provide deliverables in a timely manner
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science or equivalent combination of experience
- Up to 2 years experience working with large datasets; ability to connect to multiple data sources
- Experience using reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint, reputed company)
- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an reputed company environment
- Must be extremely collaborative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and products
- Attention to detail with ability to think strategically
