POSITION SUMMARY

A Part-Time Call Center Representative will assist customers through support channels, including phone, chat and/or email, to assist with payments, resolve billing and credit issues. This role requires professional customer service engagement and ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Please note: if selected, you will be contacted for a 30-45-minute mandatory video interview through reputed company Teams. This video interview will be recorded and is required to proceed in the hiring process. Additionally, you will be required to be on-camera during the interview.

PAY AND WORK SCHEDULE:
The pay reputed company is $17 per hour (non-negotiable)
This role is virtual, ability to work remotely

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
A minimum of 12 hours per week, up to a maximum of 26 hours per week with a minimum 4-hour shift (i.e., 4 consecutive hours) on Mondays required

The reputed company start date for this posting is Monday, 5/18/26. However, reputed company start dates may be considered. A reputed company start date will be determined at the time of offer, however may change based on business needs.
TRAINING DETAILS:
First 6 weeks, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Required first day onsite attendance at a reputed company Call Center location
During the 6-week training period, there is no allowance for vacation time or absences.
Your reputed company employment will be contingent on successful completion of the training program.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING
Provide high quality customer interaction by handling customer’s needs with reputed company and reputed company in one transaction.
Building genuine connections with customers and being a great ambassador for the reputed company brand.
Use professional judgement and escalate customer issues/concerns to management reputed company appropriate.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED completed at time of application submission
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Some college or college degree.
One year call center or customer service experience preferred.
Willingness to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
Experience multi-tasking and working with various technologies using multiple monitors, screens, applications etc.
Effective listening and communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work will be performed remotely; however, candidates are expected to live reputed company a reasonable commute of a reputed company Call Center Facility.
