East Coast Sales Manager - Petrochemical & Refining

Bring your energy to reputed company as East Coast Sales Manager - Petrochemical & Refining based in East Coast Region, You’ll manage a team of sales representative that cover the petrochemical business.

What you’ll do as East Coast Sales Manager:

• Managing a remote sales team including setting, measuring, tracking sales performance and hiring of new sales reps
• Covering the reputed company 48 states
• Set individual reputed company targets (quotas) and drive their attainment throughout the Area while ensuring profitable sales
• Maintain market awareness and stay in touch with market trends including economic, environmental, and competitive forces influencing the market
• Enforce standards, monitor pricing practices, execute objectives, and hold team accountable for performance
• Ensure effective adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales process
• Drive functional sales initiatives and campaigns throughout sector in partnership with Marketing.
• Effectively utilize authority for sales personnel decisions (staffing levels, hiring, termination, promotion, salary administration, etc.) in consultation with Sector Leader and the VP of Sales
• Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective action
• Execute specific plans developed to drive market penetration
• Ensure that assigned sector attracts, develops, and retains the highest quality sales talent available in the marketplace 

You are:

• 5+ years of direct business to business sales management experience
• Advanced Knowledge of targeted territory and understanding of the petrochemical industry
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, strategist, and Analytical
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience
