Sr. Epic Certified Systems Analyst - OpTime/Anesthesia
reputed company Clinical Applications is looking for a dedicated Sr. Epic Certified Systems Analyst - OpTime/Anesthesia to join the Team. This remote role will be full-time day shift working Monday – Friday.
The Sr. Epic Certified Systems Analyst - OpTime/Anesthesia implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure reputed company performance. Manages reputed company IT projects/products in order to provide automated solutions that meet reputed company's business needs using the EpicCare solution. Facilitates Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements. Communicates project and team status to internal/external audiences to reputed company project team informed. Conducts and participates in system technical and application reviews to determine feasibility, cost and evaluate usefulness for reputed company.
Sr. Epic Certified Systems Analyst - OpTime/Anesthesia Responsibilities
- Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure reputed company performance. Performs analysis of new releases and determines how they will impact workflow.
- Defines modifications to application software or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
- Facilitates Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements. Manages reputed company phases of testing and assists reputed company/Project Manager in work effort and project scoping.
- Manages reputed company IT projects/products in order to provide automated solutions that meet reputed company's business needs using the EpicCare solution.
- Initiates issues for resolution while escalating and communicating status to management in a timely manner.
- Conducts and participates in system technical and application reviews to determine feasibility, cost and evaluate usefulness for reputed company. Coordinates vendor demos, site visits and reference calls.
- Makes recommendations for team/analyst training programs and assists in the development and implementation of team member training/mentoring activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree; or Associate’s degree and 2 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required; or HS Diploma/GED and 4 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required
- Experience: 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience; 3 years of project management techniques in hospital or healthcare environments
- Certification: Epic certification in OpTime and/or Anesthesia required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Both Epic OpTime and Anesthesia certifications preferred.
