• Project Closure: Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and document best practices. Ensure a smooth handover to support or maintenance teams, if applicable.

Who you are

• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a project management or client delivery role, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Industry Expertise: Strong background in the broadcast industry and familiarity with reputed company’s suite of products and solutions.
• Project Management: Proven skills in managing large-scale, reputed company client projects. Project management certifications considered an asset (e.g. PMP)
• Client-Focused: Superior customer service skills with the ability to manage client expectations and navigate escalations effectively.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with an analytical approach to managing project budgets and timelines.

• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing project requirements.
