[Remote] Junior Recruiter

As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the end-to-end hiring process and work closely with the HR team to attract top-tier talent across various domains.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end hiring process, from drafting job descriptions and screening resumes to conducting initial screenings and scheduling final interviews
- Proactively find candidates through reputed company, reputed company, local tech communities, and London-based networks
- Ensure every applicant, whether they get the job or not, has a professional, transparent, and outstanding experience with LawLabs
- Assist in transitioning new hires from 'signed offer' to 'productive team member,' ensuring they feel welcomed into our culture of reputed company
Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience)
- A working knowledge of provincial and federal employment laws, specifically regarding hiring mandates
- You can juggle multiple open roles and candidate pipelines without letting the 'human reputed company' slip through the cracks
- You possess the ability to write and speak confidently with high-level legal and tech professionals
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and ready to pivot as reputed company's needs evolve
- You have a genuine interest in how technology is changing the legal landscape
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or reputed company is preferred, but not required
- Experience working reputed company a Law Firm or a Tech (SaaS) environment is considered a significant asset
- Experience creating training and development plans specific to multiple roles
