Client Relations Specialist (bilingual Japanese–English or Korean–English)

Mizuho Bank is a leading global financial institution, and they are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to support their relationship management efforts. This role involves processing client transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams while adhering to compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer banking transactions including but not limited to uncommitted/committed loans, foreign exchange, reputed company types of deposit booked in reputed company reputed company
• Collect, retrieve, verify, and update client profile documents, including company information, authorized signers/users, and product-specific access rights
• Upload and manage digital files in the internal system, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Provide back-up support to other staff members to maintain department productivity standards
• Provide support reputed company to client onboarding and maintenance
• Coordinate with the reputed company to resolve client inquiries and ensure service excellence
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards in reputed company client interactions

Skills

• Prior experience in a professional office environment; banking or financial services experience preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company Office 365, especially Outlook, reputed company, and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and conversational-level Japanese is considered a plus
• Client-focused reputed company with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with client documentation standards, basic financial products and regulatory requirements in banking
