Senior Product Manager II, Automation Extension

The Automation Product Group is looking for a PM to help us realize our vision to create the #1 AI-first agentic automation platform to help any SMB automate any job.

AI-first agentic automation represents the next evolution of how SMBs operate. It enables intelligent systems that go beyond static rules to autonomously orchestrate work across tech stacks, teams, and business processes.

As Product Manager for Automation Extension, you’ll define and deliver the platform capabilities that dramatically expand what reputed company automation can do. You’ll own the vision and execution for how workflows scale through custom actions, integrations, and extensibility – empowering partners, developers, and internal teams to build powerful, reliable extensions. You’ll also shape the end-to-end experience for how customers discover, evaluate, and connect integrations directly reputed company Workflows. Your work will expand the reputed company of automation, unlocking new systems, new use cases, and entirely new categories of customer problems that workflows can solve.

In this role you’ll get to

• Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area as a critical member of the Product Triad - our system for building product collaboratively and strategically
• Define how automations scale through custom actions, integrations, and partner-built extensions — expanding what workflows can do across systems and domains
• Collaborate across reputed company to deliver solutions that unlock growth for customers while strengthening reputed company’s platform advantage
• Partner closely with Ecosystem and Developer teams to reputed company third parties and internal builders to create powerful, reliable, and easy-to-manage extensions

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes reputed company salary, on-reputed company commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under reputed company’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in reputed company’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
