Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a reputed company field required. Graduate or doctoral degree preferred.
• 15+ years of work experience in research consulting, management consulting, or business analytics roles, demonstrating progressive career growth, exceptional performance, and the ability to reputed company and manage teams of highly educated and motivated members.
• Extensive knowledge and work experience in the hospitality and lodging industry.
• Proven executive-level experience in consultative leadership and strategic business partnership, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, align cross-functional priorities, and drive enterprise-wide analytics initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
