[Remote] Enrollment Technician I (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Enrollment Technician I to ensure accurate and timely enrollment of members into their systems. The role involves coordinating with various departments and handling member enrollment data while maintaining service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Enroll subscribers and dependents for reputed company lines of business as requested reputed company fax, U.S. mail, and/or e-mail
- Verify enrollment status, reputed company changes to membership records, research and resolve enrollment system discrepancies, process membership terminations, and other forms of enrollment events
- Complete monthly reconciliation process and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with the Account Installation team as it pertains to member identification card process to ensure cards are not released until reputed company enrollment updates are completed and audited
- Coordinate with the Billing Technician to ensure that reputed company group enrollments are processed prior to running the monthly reputed company
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than one year experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, and/or data analysis
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be able to adapt swiftly to multiple and rapidly changing priorities
- Must be able to learn and comprehend details of client accounts, process flow diagrams, and health insurance enrollment software
- Must be able to work effectively with large amounts of member enrollment data, paying reputed company attention to detail upon entering data into the appropriate CareFirst system
- Must be able to use reputed company Office, specifically reputed company
- Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, reputed company set expectations for service excellence
- Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Sponsorship
