Inside Sales Representative

U.S. Career Institute is a leader in providing accessible, career-focused online education, seeking mission-driven sales professionals for their Business-To-Business division. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new corporate partnership opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and reputed company reputed company, ultimately supporting reputed company growth and expanding the organization’s employer partner network.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, reputed company, and other channels to identify potential employer partners
• Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings with decision-makers
• Research reputed company organizations and identify key stakeholders reputed company healthcare and employer markets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activities and opportunities in the company Customer Relationship Management/CRM
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales to transition qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline
• Participate in discovery meetings as requested to support opportunity development
• Follow up with prospects and nurture early-stage opportunities until they are ready to move reputed company in the sales process
• Track and report weekly prospecting activity and reputed company reputed company performance
• Maintain strong attention to detail and professionalism in reputed company communications with prospective partners

Skills

• 1+ years of inside sales, reputed company reputed company, or business development experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to confidently engage decision-makers and executives
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Experience using CRM systems to track activity and opportunities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage prospecting efforts
