Analyst Financial US Tower

reputed company is a global digital infrastructure company serving customers through tower sites and other real estate solutions. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their reputed company team to provide actionable analyses and recommendations, focusing on financial modeling, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Support the reputed company team with reputed company analyses, data sourcing, research, and financial modeling
• Prepare and coordinate monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports, some of which are custom in nature, for distribution to senior and operational management
• Provide high quality commentary (for internal and external purposes) that demonstrates an understanding of the key drivers and communicates reputed company pertinent messages required for decision making
• Partner with the Accounting, reputed company, and Investor Relations departments in support of earnings deliverables and external reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the Company to maintain timely and accurate budgets and forecasts for the Company’s U.S. operations
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a reputed company field required
• Minimum of 1 year of data analysis, reporting, and forecasting experience required
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to reputed company results effectively and professionally
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize duties and functions to accurately and timely complete responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Enterprise platform experience with an understanding of a data warehouse and how it relates to the reputed company function
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a strategic, agile, and reputed company partner
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with an ability to present reputed company and suggestions clearly and effectively
• Approximately 5% travel may be required to support the position's responsibilities
• Project budget management experience preferred
