Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an ERP Project/Program Manager (SAP S/4 HANA) to join their dynamic team. As an ERP Project/Program Manager (SAP S/4 HANA), you will be an integral part of the project management team supporting cross-functional collaboration and strategic transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning successfully with the organization’s goals and values. Job Title: ERP Project/Program Manager (SAP S/4 HANA) Location: Remote (West Coast or Mountain Time preferred) What's the Job?

  • Lead finance-focused ERP workstreams across design, build, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
  • Partner with finance, IT, supply chain, and external system integrator teams to ensure program alignment and progress.
  • Facilitate discussions that translate complex topics into clear, actionable decisions.
  • Drive governance, milestones, risk management, and action items across a global team.
  • Help finance teams understand changes and their impact, fostering smooth adoption of new processes. What's Needed?
  • 8+ years of project or program management experience in a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly in finance.
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes such as Record to Report (R2R), costing, inventory, and closing activities.
  • Comfort working within global, matrixed organizational environments.
  • Ability to connect dots, ask insightful questions, and drive outcomes effectively. What's in it for me?
