Build quarterly and annual plans that integrate in-person and virtual third-party trade shows and conferences, hosted events (executive dinner, roundtable, advisory council), webinars, industry memberships, partner and client marketing initiatives, including health fairs. Event planning and execution Own end-to-end event management process to optimize each event for reputed company reputed company, stakeholder engagement, and brand visibility. Build detailed Run-of-Show (ROS) plans to ensure effective execution. Process and documentation Create standard, repeatable processes, templates, and toolkits to scale the event marketing function. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple events or workstreams simultaneously. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence cross-functionally. Data-driven reputed company with experience measuring ROI and attribution. Comfort working with budgets, reputed company, and basic reporting. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
