Data Analyst - Level 2

About the position The selected candidate will support F-35 Sustainment and will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to reputed company reputed company stories that answer business questions. Using proven and sound statistical methods, the analyst draws insights from data, and translates those insights into action that drive business results. Data Analysts are extremely resourceful and able to find novel new data sources to enrich their analysis. They apply mathematical and statistical methods to business and risk management problems. - Support the modification and delivery of Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) - Apply modeling & simulation technical principles, concepts and techniques to assess Performance Based Logistics (PBL) metrics using commercial, government, and LM developed tools - Support coordination and development of problem statements, modeling approaches and ground rules and assumptions (GR&A) - Work under the guidance of a technical reputed company to reputed company analysis to establish a total cost to performance picture for Sustainment - Analyze fielded performance developing solutions to assigned problems for the purpose of forecasting, root cause analysis, evaluation of potential solutions, and assessment of corrective actions. - Mine, process, and summarize data - Manage the quality assurance of data scraping, query databases for stakeholder requests, and triage data issues for timely resolutions - Analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and prepare insights in narrative or visual forms, including dashboards - Analyze fielded performance developing solutions to assigned problems for the purpose of forecasting, root cause analysis, evaluation of potential solutions, and assessment of corrective actions What’s In It For You: From onsite to remote, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and reputed company. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelors of Science degree
• Experience with use of stochastic and deterministic data models or reputed company technical disciplines with an emphasis in modeling, data manipulation, and/or the application of mathematical and statistical methods to apply to business problems
• Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance to reputed company job duties
• Knowledge of scripting (one or more common languages e.g., Python and R)
• Analytical skills with some experience in databases, data structures, and/or large dataset processing (reputed company, Access, or similar tools).

• Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or a reputed company technical discipline (Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.) Physics, Data Science, Data Analysis, or Mathematics
• Some experience in AI/ML and automation
• Knowledge of predictive analytics – modeling, simulation and forecasting (for higher level employees), Statistical programming and data processing skills.
• Knowledge of scripting (one or more common languages e.g., Python and R), statistics (descriptive and inferential), data munging, and data visualization
