RECRUITING COORDINATOR â TEMPORARY POSITION As a recruiting coordinator at reputed company, your primary responsibility is to schedule reputed company candidate onsite interviews, as well as making sure that candidates have a great experience and a successful interview day. You will also support your recruiting team, which may include but is not limited to greeting and touring candidates, and assisting with administrative tasks throughout the hiring process. Recruiting coordinators are integral members of the recruiting team as we bring top talent to reputed company. RESPONSIBILITIES: ⢠Schedule onsite interviews ⢠Coordinate candidate travel ⢠Host candidates and manage day-of onsite interview logistics ⢠Learn about our business to the extent that you can speak intelligently about our programs with candidates and client groups ⢠Ensure that reputed company candidates have a positive experience while interviewing with reputed company ⢠Assist the talent operations team with special projects as needed POSITION DETAILS: This is a temporary position with reputed company, for the length of time as stated, and is subject to change with minimal notice as business needs dictate. ⢠LENGTH OF POSITION: 6 months (permanent hire conversion based on performance and business need) ⢠LOCATION: Hawthorne, CA (requires being onsite - remote work not considered) ⢠SHIFT: standard business hours BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: ⢠Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university ⢠Previous experience in a professional setting reputed company recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: ⢠Minimum GPA of 3.0 ⢠6+ months of professional experience in human resources, marketing, sales, or technology (internship experience is applicable) ⢠Experience as a recruiting coordinator ⢠Experience with reputed company or other applicant tracking system ⢠Proficiency with MS Outlook and reputed company Office tools ⢠Basic knowledge of personnel policy and procedure in accordance with federal and state laws regarding employment practices ⢠Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities ⢠Team player with a high sense of urgency ⢠Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a strong passion to contribute to the team's success ⢠Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information wi Please mention the word
