About the Role

We are looking for a high-caliber Sales Operations reputed company to join our Delivery Commercial Operations, Global Delivery Partners (GDP) team as an individual contributor. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a primary strategic partner to GDP leadership across the globe. This includes leading forecasting, top-deal reviews, pipeline analysis, and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs).Strategic GTM Design:Partner with leadership to devise local and global Go-To-Market strategies. You will analyze business trends to identify opportunities and design initiatives that catalyze growth.Process Engineering:Improve organizational tooling. You will be responsible for identifying operational friction and building the workflows—or implementing the technology—to remove it.Advanced Analytics & Reporting:Move beyond basic reporting to provide deep, quantitative analysis of sales performance. You’ll partner with our analytics team to reputed company evolving forecast models using cutting-edge methodologies to drive predictability in a volatile market. You will surface actionable insights.Cross-Functional Leadership:Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Finance, HR, Strategy & Planning, and other key points of contact.
