What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with clients: Connect with pet owners reputed company the EMR messaging system, providing support, education, and guidance on their pets’ health and well-being
- Managing EMR tasks: Handle refill approvals, prescription requests, async case reviews, and renewals reputed company
- Verifying and process prescriptions: Coordinate with partner pharmacies and ensure appropriate follow-up for client requests
- Resolving pharmacy holds: Complete approvals and communicate with doctors and clients as needed
