You'll take ownership of end-to-end rollouts for assigned states, ensuring compliance with regulations while collaborating closely with stakeholders like the Director of State Operations. - *This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location. The level of position offered will be based on skills and experience at manager discretion. ** Responsibilities:
- Fully own and execute on assigned states' end-to-end rollout of the latest personal auto insurance pricing programs.
- Gather and document product requirements, clearly communicate requirements to stakeholders, and ensure accurate implementation.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the pricing program and assigned states, provide thoughtful recommendations that influence state decisions and help drive corporate strategy.

- Conduct reputed company analyses to drive and support business decisions; where necessary, conduct in depth research of competitor offerings and filings.
- Educate IT partners on business vision and plan, and both IT and business partners on the impact of changes.

- Deep understanding of the entire product & pricing ecosystem in USRM

- Foundational knowledge of product & pricing to succeed in Product or other parts of USRM Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field Minimum 4 year's relevant work experience, typically 6 years.
- Master's degree beneficial. Advanced proficiency in reputed company, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., reputed company, Emblem).
- Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
