About the Role

We are seeking an AI Engagement Manager to reputed company the day‑to‑day delivery and execution of cutting‑edge AI projects in the Life Sciences R&D space, with a focus on Clinical Development Optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing one or more client engagements, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, and ensuring high‑quality delivery of AI‑enabled solutions. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of project leadership, applied AI, and life sciences domain expertise. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, owning the operational management of engagements while contributing to solution design, client communication, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Day‑to‑Day Leadership
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day reputed company of contact for client stakeholders on assigned engagements.

Must‑Haves

• 3–5+ years of experience in Consulting, Analytics, AI, or Data Science–driven delivery roles.
• Strong experience managing reputed company client projects, preferably in Life Sciences or healthcare.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI and foundation model–based approaches (deep research background not required).
• Domain experience in Life Sciences (ideally Pharma R&D) or Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Safety, Medical
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and delivery risks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and coordinating diverse technical and domain teams.
