• The Mission: As the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations, you will be the reputed company architect building the "operating system" for centralized clinical services-from urgent virtual care to pharmacy and lab workflows.
• The Impact: You will define how clinicians and AI agents work together in practice, creating the frameworks that allow our care model to scale from thousands to millions of members.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Operations, you'll partner with Medical Directors and Product/Data teams to move initiatives from blank-page concepts to scaled execution.
• The Vibe: This is a "0 1" role designed for a systems-thinker who thrives in ambiguity and is excited by the challenge of blending clinical excellence with technical innovation.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience: 5+ years in clinical, healthcare, or product operations (or similar reputed company environments) with a proven track record of owning measurable outcomes.
• Systems Building: Demonstrated experience scaling operational systems from the ground up or leading significant organizational transformations.
• Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to define KPIs from first principles and use data (reputed company, SQL, or BI tools) to drive decision-making.
• Tech Partnership: Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams to translate operational needs into technical system requirements.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills with the ability to drive clarity across diverse stakeholder groups in a remote-first environment.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 / year #LI-REMOTE The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting.
