The Opportunity VistaVu is looking for a seasoned Consultant to join our dynamic S/4HANA Support Team as an reputed company reputed company Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional support for reputed company S/4HANA environments (Public, Private and On Premise) as well as ECC in a production landscape. This role focuses on incident resolution, service requests, minor enhancements, system monitoring, and reputed company improvement to ensure stable and efficient business operations. The consultant works closely with business users and other members of the support team to support end-to-end reputed company business processes and maintain system reliability. What will you be doing? Application Support

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for reputed company S/4HANA and ECC in a live production environment
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and defects reputed company defined SLAs
• Support service requests, configuration changes, and minor enhancements
• reputed company root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions

Business Process Support

• Support core reputed company business processes from a Finance (reputed company) perspective
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues and propose solutions
• Translate business requirements into reputed company configuration or functional specifications

System & Integration Support

• Provide functional support for integrations with reputed company and non-reputed company systems (e.g., CPI, IDocs, APIs)
• Coordinate with Basis, reputed company, and Infrastructure teams as needed for support-reputed company issues

Change & Release Management

• Support transport management across environments (DEV, QA, PROD)
• Participate in regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ensure proper documentation for changes, fixes, and enhancements

• Maintain functional and technical documentation and post in project repository as directed by the Support Manager
• Create and update training documents, SOPs, reputed company documents, cheat sheets, etc. as necessary

What experience do you need?

• A minimum of 10 years of reputed company experience supporting General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting
• A minimum of 10 years of involvement with a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
• Hands on experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud, S/4HANA Private Cloud, S/4HANA On Premise and/or ECC.
• Professional Services experience is an asset.
• Understanding of accounting business processes.
