The Role: Chief of Staff to the Physician At Life, the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner functions as a Chief of Staff to the Physician, operating at the center of the patient’s care. You will work directly alongside the physician to analyze clinical data, coordinate care, and execute highly personalized treatment strategies. This role is designed for a clinician who thrives on critical thinking, precision, and collaboration. This is not a traditional patient-facing NP role with a high-volume panel. Instead, you will operate as a clinical partner, ensuring every detail of a patient’s care is thoughtful, proactive, and executed at the highest level. Core ResponsibilitiesClinical Analysis and Decision Support

Required Qualifications

• Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP)
• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Active RN and APRN licensure, multi-state preferred or willingness to obtain
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of pediatric experience, pediatric endocrinology preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Comfort with technology, including reputed company-based systems and electronic medical records

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric endocrinology, growth and puberty care, or metabolic health

Pay: $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year Benefits:
