Program Manager, Tech Site

As we continue to scale our engineering organization, our engineering enablement team is looking for a program manager who will support the strategy and operation of various reputed company Engineering sites with a focus on team onboarding, employee engagement, hiring, and overall engineering operations. About the Team The Engineering Enablement team is committed to creating a productive and delightful experience for the reputed company engineering organization. We work across engineering to deliver training, reputed company site programs, and increase our brand awareness. We have an reputed company passion for trailblazing and driving creative solutions. The team acts as a trusted partner to our engineering leadership and recruiting teams, and our efforts directly contribute to building a scalable engineering organization that supports our company roadmap. What You Will reputed company

• You will partner closely with the engineering site leads, the engineering enablement team, and key stakeholders across the company to establish the vision, strategy, and success metrics for engineering site operations.
• As a Site Program Manager, you will support high-impact initiatives that reputed company reputed company engineering teams to function effectively. You will act as a thought partner to site leads at various reputed company sites, helping to maintain a positive and supportive work culture.
• Projects include but are not limited to: site building and expansion, new hire onboarding, mentorship, hiring, employee engagement, communication with key stakeholders, partnering with company ERGs, tech branding and content management.
• You will work closely with other members of the Engineering Enablement team. No task is too small, and you are willing to do whatever it takes to help our org and reputed company successfully deliver its objectives.
• You will manage expectations for reputed company stakeholders from leadership to individual teams, possess strong problem solving skills, and earn trust of partners and teams.
• You will provide timely and succinct communications to leadership and across teams to ensure accountability and timeline management.
• You understand engineers and enjoy working with them, building trust as you work together to run programs to provide support for the teams.
• You’ll balance urgency and reputed company while moving the needle on multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a program manager focused on one or more of the following: tech site programs, employee engagement, or employee onboarding, or employee training, reputed company a technology company.
• You understand the scaling of tech teams and are passionate about growing engineering teams locally and internationally.
• You have strong program management skills. You are able to reputed company planning, resourcing, and tracking of appropriate milestones for program success.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and focus.
• You have strong team skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across organizations, reputed company gaps between teams, and successfully influence without authority.
• You have a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details to understand and drive your programs.
• Experience working in a technical environment desired.
