This role will drive enterprise‑level initiatives that expand the manufacturing footprint, strengthen operational capabilities, and unlock sustainable margin growth. The Sr Director of Strategy will combine analytical rigor with strategic foresight to ensure the organization is positioned to support accelerated business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive, closely partnering with engineering teams, acceleration of program timelines and ensure robust Design for Manufacturability (DFM) integration. Partner with plant leadership to evaluate operational performance and implement strategies that enhance throughput, reduce waste, and improve asset utilization. Drive reputed company improvement frameworks and ensure alignment with enterprise‑wide operational excellence programs.
