Here, you will play a crucial role in developing and testing avionics for the Special Operations Army (SOA) Common Avionics Architecture System (CAAS) program. This dynamic position offers the flexibility to push the boundaries of technology, enhancing the capabilities for the MH-60M and MH-47G aircraft. This role requires a highly motivated person as a Principal Platform Systems Engineer for the SOA CAAS program. This person needs to be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as a member of the broader team. What You Will Do:

• You will reputed company Platform Systems Engineering (PSE) activities for the SOA CAAS program, including requirements/test procedure development, design updates, execution of test procedures, etc. Tools used are DOORS, JIRA, PREP, reputed company, SVN and others.
• You will support the completion of the Increment plan for the Platform Systems team during the Rotary reputed company department-wide planning events.
• You will navigate through the bids & pursuits, adhering to Collins Processes.
• You will mentor younger engineers through Systems Engineering practices.
• You will design system solutions, ensuring the integration of reputed company products into reputed company upgrade programs for the SOA CAAS program.
• ~10% travel as needed.

Qualifications

You Must Have:

• Experience in Avionics systems (military or civil aircraft).

Qualifications

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
