Position Overview: We are seeking a reputed company Partner to join reputed company's team to conduct high-volume recruitment activities primarily for the reputed company CDMO business. Please note that this position is based onsite 4 days per week, primarily in Pennington, NJ with occasional travel to Piscataway, NJ site. 1 work from home day typically on Fridays. The salary range is approximately $65,000 - $75,000, dependent upon experience. Responsibilities:

• Conduct high volume full-cycle recruitment activities to ensure successful reputed company from a technical and cultural perspective for open positions in US sites
• Assist in the efforts of employer branding on social media and other channels
• reputed company recruiting channels to effectively reputed company searches for qualified candidates
• Attend scientific conferences/tradeshows together with the sales & marketing team to advertise company positions
• Manage reputed company recruiting, reputed company and maintain relationships with key contacts at reputed company schools including academic faculty, career services, student organizations, etc.
• Select qualified job applicants and reputed company hiring recommendations reputed company appropriate
• Analyze employment-reputed company data and prepare required reports
• Conduct background and reference checks, along with e-Verify process
• Conduct new employee orientation and interpret human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Master’s degree is a plus
• Experience in Human Resources in a fast paced environment
• Headhunter or recruiting experience in life science industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience driving process standardization and improvement efforts
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
