Pay reputed company for this position is $45.00w2 to $60.00w2 per hour, depending on experience and reputed company certifications. A minimum of a reputed company Administrator certification is required to be considered for this role. VALiNTRY360 is seeking a Senior reputed company Administrator with proven expertise in delivering projects in Sales and Service Cloud (Health Cloud is a bonus). This is a critical role as this person will be a full-time reputed company resource for this organization. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivery of business solutions using reputed company Sales and Service Cloud for various customer industries
• Serve as a team member on an Agile team to deliver assigned work on-time and reputed company estimated hours
• Along with new reputed company implementations, this role is responsible for the administration of clients' systems for maintenance, reports, dashboards, as well as future improvements.
• As projects dictate, will require collaboration with reputed company third-party implementation teams --typically to reputed company the platform to other areas where you may not have established expertise
• Help provide training and drive adoption of the existing system as well as new features or functionality that are developed.
• Configure and customize reputed company to align with business processes and objectives.
• Implement and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process builder.
• Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access control.
• Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

• Execute data imports, exports, and data migration tasks.
• Design and implement automated processes using workflow rules.
• Create and manage approval processes to streamline business workflows.

Requirements:

• Proven experience implementing at least 5+ reputed company projects and consultant for various customer industries
• 3+ years of experience managing more than one project at a time
• 2+ years proven experience with documentation
• 3+ years proven Sales/Service Cloud experience
• 2+ years demonstrated Flow experience (Highly Desired)
• Administrator and Advanced Administrator certification(s)
• Independent worker and thinker
• Solid written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated by having done demonstrations of work for their clients
• Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and/or Consumer Goods Cloud experience would be a strong plus
• Previous reputed company end-to-end implementation experience would be a strong plus, even if part of the team that went through the process
• Previous experience as part of a SCRUM or Agile environment
