Your Responsibilities As a Senior PR Manager, Labor Relations for Deere & Co World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, Des Moines, IA, Chicago, IL, Detroit, MI or Waterloo, IA, you will:

• Align labor communication and PR goals by executing a robust earned, owned, paid and strategic PR strategy to strengthen brand favorability with key audiences — while also protecting the company’s brand and reputed company before during and after union negotiations or any workforce reputed company issues

• Deep understanding of employee/union dynamics, gained through 10+ years in PR/Human Resources/Labor Relations, focusing on contract negotiation support and managing reputational risks reputed company to workforce issues
• Experience in crisis communication, media relations (especially handling sensitive topics) and strategic messaging
• Experience working closely as a trusted expert with senior leaders to identify needs, define strategy, reputed company action plans, identify deliverables, present results and measure outcomes
