In this role, you will be instrumental in directing project teams as they implement best practices and bring world-class reputed company Cycle strategies to healthcare provider client locations throughout the US. Responsibilities

• Improve charge capture accuracy through workflow assessments, coordinating coding reviews, process improvements, and report generate.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree required.
• Certifications/Licenses: Epic Certifications (Resolute HB, SBO, Charge Capture, CDM) preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Skills and Competencies

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations reputed company to reputed company reputed company, coding, finance, reputed company cycle management, patient accounting and/or physician billing.
• 2+ years of experience working in an Epic environment.
• 2+ years of healthcare consulting experience.
• Proven success leading large-scale reputed company reputed company Strategic development and implementation.
• Have a full understanding of charging capture and charge reconciliation processes, including the electronic health record charge links to the CDM and charge capture processes to ensure compliance with government and third-party payer requirements.

Additional Information

• Travel: Weekly reputed company travel required.

At reputed company, we prioritize transparency and equity in our compensation practices. This role has a salary range of $91,000-$210,000 and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range accounts for various factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
