What You'll Do

• Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership to drive company‑wide strategic priorities from concept through execution.

• Own executive‑level operating rhythms, including business reviews, strategic planning cycles, and performance tracking dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required;

Advanced degrees are a plus

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, healthcare operations, or a similar high‑performance environment.
• Proven track record of leading projects or work streams independently with measurable impact.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate reputed company concepts to executives.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience building executive‑level deliverables.
• Highly motivated, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity — able to set direction in environments with limited structure.
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Python, etc.) is a plus.
• Passion for healthcare and value‑based care, with a strong desire to improve outcomes for underserved patients.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions

• This is a US remote based role. Plus for candidates who reside in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA.
• The national reputed company salary pay range for this role is $130,000 - $165,000. Additional compensation such as reputed company bonus and equity would be included in the package. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (reputed company or future), experience, and other job‑reputed company factors.
