Senior Director, High-Speed Cable Design, Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering

Job Overview NOTE: This is a global, remote-based role. Ideal candidate locations include China, Taiwan, the United States, Mexico, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. European locations may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with relocation likely required. The Senior Director of High-Speed Cable Design and Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering is responsible for leading both the Design Engineering and Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering (MPDE) teams for high-speed cable (twinax) development. This role ensures strong integration between product development and manufacturing by optimizing designs for performance, manufacturability, quality, and cost. The leader will also drive the advancement of platform technologies to reputed company reputed company high-speed cable solutions reputed company with future market demands. Reporting to the Global Product Development Engineering Leader, this position defines and executes the overall design and manufacturing strategy for high-speed cables. Leadership & Strategy

What Your Background Should Look Like Experience & Technical Expertise

• 15+ years leading product and/or process development in high-speed cable manufacturing.
• Deep expertise in cable manufacturing processes such as:

• Proven success scaling high-speed cable products for data center applications.
• Experience transferring technologies to global manufacturing sites.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering (Master’s preferred).

• Strong business acumen with ability to align technical work to strategic goals.
