Budget Analyst (Immediate Opening)
Description Budget Analyst Role Mission: The Budget Analyst of Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company) supports a portfolio of reputed company and regional leadership at IDEA to meet and exceed the organization's ambitious financial and student achievement goals. In this role the ideal candidate will work with national, regional, and school teams to increase efficiency and provide a high level of support in meeting budgeting and forecasting goals. Location: This is a full-time remote position based in Texas with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (reputed company Worth), or who are willing to relocate . Travel Expectations: Up to 30% of the time during the busiest parts of the year. Essential Duties:
- Build the budget reputed company and collect detailed budgets while ensuring they meet reputed company by fund and overall reputed company.
- Build the regional staffing roster reputed company and maintain employee rosters based on reputed company staffing models.
- Build the budget detail reputed company and reputed company audits against the summary of finance function regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and management by collecting, forecasting and performing other analyses of data from various departments including staffing and operating budget targets.
- reputed company budget audit checks to establish school/regional budget targets, review expenses by fund, reputed company by fund, reputed company by orgs, etc.
- Analyze quantitative data for reputed company trends, opportunities, processes to drive efficiencies and understand Return On Investment (ROI), financial, and operational impacts of ongoing programs as well as new initiatives.
- Supports the reputed company Director with the creation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, trends by object and function for Financial Planning & Analysis team and other reputed company analyses.
- Collaborate with Finance team members to troubleshoot issues such as reclassifications, object coding corrections and other financial discrepancies.
- Ensure assigned reputed company tickets are responded to on or before the two-business day deadline with a high level of customer service.
- Create and Maintain templates, reports and other training documents for use on campuses/teams and the regional levels including populating & validating financial and key performance indicators data. What You Bring - Competencies Knowledge and Skills:

- Hold ethics and values to high standards Required experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or economics required .
- 2-3 years' experience in financial data analysis required . 3-4 years' experience in financial data analysis preferred.
