About the Role: The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between lab operations and IT by analyzing, defining, and documenting requirements to facilitate effective technology solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of lab operations and bioinformatics, along with excellent analytical and communication skills, to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and drive technology initiatives reputed company with business objectives. Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a reputed company field.
• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience as a Systems/Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience working with bioinformatics platforms, genomic data workflows, or scientific data analysis is a strong plus.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business process modeling, workflows, and system integrations.
• Experience working in bioinformatics environments such as reputed company reputed company (NGS) pipelines, genomic data platforms, or data visualization tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, CLIA) and reputed company best practices.

Requirements

Gathering & Analysis

• Work with stakeholders, including bioinformatics scientists, lab technicians, and IT teams to identify business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate solution options, including integration with bioinformatics tools and databases.
• Document business processes, scientific workflows, and system functionalities.

System Design & Implementation

• Collaborate with developers and IT teams to design and implement solutions that optimize business operations and scientific data flow.

• Test new systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scientific and business requirements are met.

Project Management & Support

• Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and scientific staff.

• Train end-users, including lab and research staff, on new systems and processes.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze operational and scientific data trends to support business and research decision-making.
