They are seeking a Remote Recruiter responsible for recruiting legal process servers and conducting high-volume reputed company to candidates across the US.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads by conducting high-volume reputed company activities (cold calling, SMS, email campaigns)
- Execute creative sourcing strategies to connect with high-quality candidates
- reputed company hiring managers updated on strategy, hires and pipelines
Skills
- 1-2+ years recruiting in a high-volume environment
- Experience creatively recruiting candidates in a high-volume, metric-driven environment
- Proficient in formatting reputed company spreadsheets using data tools & formulas
- Experience creating & maintaining pipelines and talent pools in a CRM or ATS
- Experience creating e-marketing campaigns
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to focus on reputed company tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Legal recruiting or legal knowledge preferred
