[Remote] Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound efforts by initiating conversations and generating leads for Account Executives, while maintaining a disciplined approach to prospecting and meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily outbound prospecting activities against defined reputed company lists using phone, email, and reputed company tools to generate initial conversations
• Qualify early-stage interest and convert conversations into scheduled meetings for Account Executives, ensuring high-quality handoffs
• Build and maintain consistent coverage across assigned prospect segments to ensure steady pipeline flow into the AE team
• Follow defined prospecting cadences, reputed company standards, and activity expectations with consistency and attention to detail
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the outbound sales team
• Partner closely with Account Executives to align on reputed company accounts, messaging feedback, and meeting quality pact
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in reputed company (or reputed company), tracking prospect interactions and reputed company throughout the sales cycle
• Collaborate with colleagues, sharing insights, strategies, and best practices to enhance team performance and collective success

Skills

• Strong work ethic and willingness to put in high-volume effort
• Familiarity and some experience with prospecting, cold calling and pipeline creation
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective clients
