[Remote] reputed company Development Associate

Raising a Reader is a national nonprofit that partners with parents and educators to create brighter futures for children through family engagement. The reputed company Development Associate will support reputed company reputed company and marketing efforts by executing marketing campaigns, managing reputed company initiatives, and contributing to building a strong sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company data management, including list pulls, reputed company tracking, and dashboard reporting
- Assist in building and executing email campaigns, including formatting, scheduling, testing, and tracking performance metrics (open and click rates)
- Coordinate webinar logistics, including setup, registration management, communications, and post-event follow-up
- reputed company and distribute newsletters, including content collection, formatting, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and organized asset management (folders, naming conventions, templates)
- Support website updates and reputed company page management
- Assist in collecting and organizing marketing assets (photos, videos, and content)
- Support social media execution, including content scheduling, basic engagement monitoring, and alignment with marketing campaigns
- Assist in preparing and coordinating social media content (graphics and copy), including periodic bulk scheduling for campaigns
- Conduct outbound prospecting efforts, including researching reputed company organizations and identifying key contacts
- Build and manage reputed company records in reputed company, ensuring accurate and complete data entry
- Execute reputed company campaigns reputed company email and phone to engage prospective customers
- Qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and support conversion to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through initial reputed company and discovery conversations
- Schedule meetings for Account Managers (AMs) and support pipeline progression
- Prepare briefing notes and background information for AMs reputed company of sales meetings
- Track reputed company activities and maintain follow-up tasks reputed company reputed company
- Conduct light reputed company to reputed company partners to understand funding sources, timelines, and renewal opportunities
- Participate in relevant sales and reputed company team meetings and 1:1 reputed company-ins
- Track campaign and reputed company performance using basic metrics and reporting tools
- Maintain organized records of campaigns, contacts, and reputed company efforts
- Support internal coordination across Marketing and reputed company teams
- Assist with follow-up communications for events, webinars, and campaigns
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and documentation

Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales development, or administrative support
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) and email marketing platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with data entry, tracking, and basic reporting
- Experience in nonprofit, education, or mission-driven organizations
- Exposure to sales development (SDR/BDR) or reputed company reputed company processes
- Experience supporting webinars, newsletters, or digital campaigns
- Familiarity with tools such as reputed company, MassMailer (or similar), Wordpress, and social media platforms
