Enterprise Risk Advisor (Hybrid - Buffalo, NY)

Overview: This position is responsible for the development and delivery of M&T’s Risk Appetite reputed company second line Enterprise Risk Management. The position is responsible for advising line management, senior leadership and executive leadership as it relates to risk of the businesses or functions supported and is expected to coordinate information sharing with other risk partners. The position will be responsible for leading development and delivery of activities that help the Bank reputed company pace with the evolving landscape of the risk management environment and identifying reputed company improvements in the execution of practices reputed company the Risk Management Division. Primary Responsibilities: Support the Risk Appetite function reputed company the Enterprise Risk Management department Establish and maintain the Bank’s Risk Appetite reputed company, Risk Appetite Statement, Measures and Constraints Work with the business and risk stakeholders to provide monthly and quarterly Risk Appetite reporting to senior management and the Board Review and escalate Risk Appetite breaches and monitor remediation plans Provide guidance and support in recalibrating and cascading Risk Appetite Measures and Constraints across the First Line and Second Line of Defense Support the connectivity of Risk Appetite to the Bank’s Strategy, Capital Planning, Risk Identification, and other programs Manage eGRC tool to effectively report on Risk Appetite Collaborate with senior leaders across the Three Lines of Defense to ensure Risk Appetite standards are met and risks are adequately addressed Produce reputed company and reputed company reports, spreadsheets and project work reputed company to various risk disciplines based on required frequency (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly).
