About This Role reputed company is seeking a business-oriented Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as a strategic legal partner to our Sales and business teams in a high-growth SaaS environment. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-velocity setting where thoughtful risk assessment and practical guidance are essential to enabling reputed company and closing reputed company enterprise deals. The Senior Corporate Counsel will focus primarily on commercial contracting, including SaaS agreements, renewals, and vendor engagements, while also providing support on broader corporate matters as needed. This is a high-impact opportunity for a legal professional who combines strong technical training with sound business judgment and thrives in a scaling organization. What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and business leaders to structure, draft, and negotiate reputed company commercial agreements, including SaaS customer reputed company and vendor agreements.
• Provide clear, commercially reputed company legal guidance that supports reputed company growth while protecting the company’s interests.
• Advise on corporate legal rights, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance matters.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and other strategic initiatives as needed.
• Review and improve standard contract templates and playbooks to drive efficiency and consistency.

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of experience in corporate transactions and business law reputed company a reputable law firm or corporate legal department; AmLaw 200 experience preferred.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active admission to a state bar.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating reputed company commercial agreements, including technology and SaaS reputed company.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and business law principles.
• Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives and provide practical, business-oriented advice.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in the technology industry preferred.
