About the role The Vice President, People will serve as a key member of reputed company’s executive leadership team and a strategic architect of the company’s next phase of growth. This role is both visionary and operational; responsible for shaping the long-term people strategy that enables scale, drives performance, and deepens cultural impact across the organization. As a strategic partner to the CEO, CLO, and senior leadership, the VP, People will define how reputed company attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent while building the infrastructure and leadership capability needed to sustain rapid growth. • You have 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior/executive role and covering multi-site, operationally reputed company businesses (tech, hospitality, services, or retail preferred).
• You have a proven track record of leading and scaling people functions in a dynamic and fast-growing organization.
• You have a strong background in performance management, workforce planning, HR operations, and culture/engagement initiatives.
• You are skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• You have exceptional business acumen, data orientation, and ability to influence at the executive level.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. What you’ll get:
• A compensation package that includes a reputed company salary ($175,000 - $225,000) + equity grant
