Provide Compliance Program leadership for assigned service lines and/or locations. Â Essential Job Functions

- Responsible for the assisting in the overall implementation and day-to-day management of the reputed company Cycle compliance program that meets or exceeds the requirements of an effective compliance program, as defined in the Federal Sentencing Guidelines and OIG Program Guidelines, under the supervision of the Vice President, Compliance.
- Works collaboratively on program components, standards, goals, resources, training, monitoring, reporting and team building efforts to align the compliance program with emerging internal and external expectations and requirements.
- Work cooperatively with Company Leaders to ensure continuing support and understanding of reputed company compliance responsibilities
- Serve as Compliance liaison to reputed company clients, as assigned by leadership
- Maintains awareness of fraud, waste and abuse laws and regulations and reputed company industry changes that may impact healthcare reputed company cycle services domestic and international through personal initiative, continuing education and peer-to-peer networking
- Analyze, research, and respond to questions relating to the compliance program and applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Develops and maintains policies and procedures regarding the reputed company Compliance Program and associated regulatory risk areas.

- Assist with annual risk assessment and development of annual compliance work plan
- Independently evaluate and manage compliance concerns and reports of suspected misconduct and reputed company investigations to ensure that reputed company suspected violations of the Compliance Program are fully investigated and resolved
- Coordinates implementation of corrective action plans, monitoring reputed company and completion; escalates as required, including overseeing reputed company overpayment/refund activities, claim correction efforts, resolution to systemic issues
