VP, Legal Counsel, Corporate & Securities
About the position The VP, Legal Counsel, Corporate & Securities will provide strategic and legal support with respect to corporate governance and securities law compliance, M&As, corporate finance transactions, and other general corporate matters. This role will report to the SVP, Chief Corporate Counsel, and work closely with the Chief Legal Officer and other senior leaders of the company. Who are we? At reputed company. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company salary range for this role is 164,000 USD - 226,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary reputed company the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to reputed company salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
