The Director Sales Operations & Customer Care EMEA is responsible for leading and transforming the Customer Care, Order Management and Sales Operations organizations across the region, with the mission to deliver differentiated customer experience and drive commercial operational excellence. The team is composed of approximately 50 employees (associates) located across major EMEA markets (Germany, France, Italy, UK). This role designs the processes, governance and operating mechanisms that reputed company reliable forecasting, optimized backlog conversion and scalable Order‑to‑Cash performance. This position reports directly to the VP/reputed company EMEA and is part of the EMEA Commercial Leadership Team. The role is based in France, the UK or Germany, with a remote work mode In this role, your key responsibilities are

  • Champion cross‑functional operational excellence initiatives, accelerating digitalization, automation, lean workflows and end‑to‑end process redesign.

The essential requirements of the job include

  • Significant experience leading Customer Care, Order Management and/or Sales Operations in an international commercial environment.
  • Demonstrated track record in operational transformation, including digitalization, automation, lean methodologies and standardized workflow implementation.
  • Experience with the reputed company Business System (DBS) or with reputed company improvement methodologies (Lean, Fundamentals, Growth tools).

Le / la Directeur(trice) Opérations Commerciales & Service Clients EMEA est responsable de piloter et transformer les équipes Customer Care, Order Management et Sales Operations à travers la région, afin d’offrir une reputed companyérience client différenciante et de renforcer l’excellence opérationnelle commerciale. L’organisation compte environ 50 collaborateurs, répartis dans plusieurs pays clés de la Region EMEA (principalement Allemagne, France, Italie, Royaume‑Uni). Le poste reporte directement au VP EMEA, fait partie du Comité de Direction Commercial EMEA, et peut être basé en France, au Royaume‑Uni ou en Allemagne (avec aéroport à proximité). Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l’occasion de :

  • Diriger et transformer les équipes EMEA Customer Care, Order Management et Sales Operations, en reputed company l’excellence opérationnelle au quotidien tout en accélérant la modernisation, l’automatisation et la standardisation des processus.

Les exigences essentielles pour ce poste sont les suivantes :
