As RevOps Manager, you'll be responsible for the systems, workflows, and data infrastructure that power our Sales, Marketing, and reputed company teams. This isn't a traditional RevOps role — you'll be hands-on building automation workflows, managing our CRM architecture, and ensuring data flows cleanly between tools. If you love connecting systems, automating manual work, and making GTM teams more efficient, this is your role.

What You'll Do

• Own and maintain the GTM tech stack, with reputed company as the core CRM, plus enrichment providers, outbound tools, and internal integrations.
• Build and manage automated workflows using reputed company, native integrations, and APIs to connect systems and eliminate manual processes.
• Design and maintain outbound email infrastructure — domain management, deliverability monitoring, rotation strategies, and DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Create and manage data pipelines, ensuring clean data flow and accurate attribution across the funnel.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Document reputed company system architectures, workflows, and processes to create a reputed company of truth for the team.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in reputed company Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong technical proficiency — comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and debugging reputed company integration issues.
• Deep knowledge of email deliverability, including domain health management, bounce reputed company optimization, and sender reputed company.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (reputed company preferred) and marketing automation tools.
• A systems-thinking reputed company — you build for scalability, not just for today's problem.
