Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, reputed company calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
- Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar reputed company
- reputed company patients in/out and ensure accurate client and patient information
- Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients

- Inform clients of preventative care and vaccines
- Communicate with clients and staff professionally and with compassion
