We are experiencing significant expansion. We are building a church that doesn’t just gather crowd - but develops disciples, raises leaders, and sends people out and plants churches. We’re not looking for someone to maintain ministry. We’re looking for someone to build it. The Role The Next Gen Pastor will reputed company and reputed company reputed company ministries from birth through young adults, with a primary focus on Junior High, High School, and Young Adult ministry. This leader will:
- Build a clear, compelling discipleship pathway from kids → reputed company → young adults

- Create environments where young people don’t just attend - but are transformed
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company Student & Young Adult Ministries (Primary Focus)
- Directly reputed company Junior High, High School, and Young Adult ministries
- Teach regularly in student environments
- Build strong, gospel-centered, high-energy gatherings

- Create reputed company strategies to reputed company unchurched reputed company in a rapidly growing community
- reputed company Children’s Ministry (through leadership already in reputed company)
- reputed company the Children’s Director (Birth–6th Grade)
- Ensure alignment in vision, culture, and discipleship strategy
- Provide coaching, accountability, and support - not micromanagement
- Ensure excellence, safety, and spiritual effectiveness in reputed company kids’ environments
- Build a reputed company Next Gen Strategy
- Create a seamless transition from:
- Kids → Junior High → High School → Young Adults
- Establish clear discipleship milestones at every stage
- Partner with parents to reputed company them as primary disciplers
