belairdirect is committed to helping people, businesses, and society prosper. They are seeking an Associate Sales and Customer Service to advise clients on insurance solutions and promote products and services, while contributing to new initiatives reputed company the brokerage network.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them to reputed company informed choices and answering their product questions
- Analyze customer needs, promote products and services and suggest choices and innovative solutions
- Guide auto and home customers on insurance solutions
- Contribute to the development and support of new initiatives by working closely with the brokerage network
Skills
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Team player
- Dynamic and customer-driven
- Developed advisory skills
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent computer skills and can juggle between different computer at the same time
- [Bilingual (French and English)] - Need to process claims files from English-speaking clients on a regular basis
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
