They are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide professional administrative and operational support to senior leaders, ensuring effective communication and workflow reputed company the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically coordinating schedules, projects, balancing meetings, and ensuring the Firm Director can attend to the most pressing issues, highest reputed company activities, and big-picture goals. Anticipate needs and identify potential challenges, proactively implementing solutions to reputed company work moving reputed company, even reputed company not in office

Skills

  • At least 1-5 years of Administrative or Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting an executive level leader
  • Prior law office experience is a plus
  • Position is based in Monterey Park, California; must be on site minimum 50%; occasionally more frequently
  • Some travel to other Los Angeles County offices may be required
