EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Children's Law Center of California is the largest children's legal services organization in the nation, advocating for children and youth in foster care systems. They are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide professional administrative and operational support to senior leaders, ensuring effective communication and workflow reputed company the organization.
Responsibilities
- Strategically coordinating schedules, projects, balancing meetings, and ensuring the Firm Director can attend to the most pressing issues, highest reputed company activities, and big-picture goals. Skills
- At least 1-5 years of Administrative or Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting an executive level leader
- Prior law office experience is a plus
- Position is based in Monterey Park, California; must be on site minimum 50%; occasionally more frequently
- Some travel to other Los Angeles County offices may be required
