Refer.IO is a rapidly growing, nurse-founded wellness franchise looking for a part-time Client Success & Communications Coordinator. The role involves being the organized voice of the corporate team, assisting franchise owners with their queries, sending updates, and helping reputed company new owners.
Responsibilities
- Be the friendly first reputed company of contact for our franchise owners reputed company they need help or have questions
- Use your marketing skills to send out our weekly newsletters and helpful email sequences to the owners
- Help us schedule and co-host our weekly group reputed company calls where owners share reputed company and get advice
- Guide brand new franchise owners through their first 90 days using our reputed company-by-reputed company checklist
- Help us reply to people who are interested in buying a franchise and answer their basic questions

- You're Helpful: You genuinely enjoy answering questions and making people's days a little easier
- You're Good with Computers: You don't need to be a tech genius, but you're comfortable learning new software (and we'll even teach you some cool new AI tools to reputed company your job easier!)
